• Rates are quoted in Thai Baht, per room per night.
• Rates are net inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% Government Tax.
• Hotel reserves the right to amend the rates should the number of rooms decrease from the initial inquiry. Should there be a decrease in rooms by 10% from the contracted rates post the signing of agreement, the hotel reserves the right to requote the new applicable rates.
• Rates are applicable for the above-mentioned group/dates only.
• Room rate as above will apply for both pre- and post-event periods.
• The reservation link for participants will be valid for bookings up to 30 days prior to the event, therefore the cut-off date for this link will be 06 April 2026.
• The dates and number of staff rooms can be adjusted up to 2 weeks prior to the event start date (22 April 2026).
