A highlight not to be missed, our Live Home Chef Dessert Station brings the beauty of traditional Thai sweets to life.

We are proud to welcome Khun Mae Metta, our special guest Home Chef from Amphawa, a destination well known for its rich heritage of Thai desserts.

Raised in a coconut garden, she has been surrounded by local ingredients and traditional cooking methods since childhood.

With decades of hands-on experience, Khun Mae Metta learned to create Thai sweets through family knowledge and community traditions — using ingredients found in her surroundings

such as coconut, banana, and palm. What began as homemade desserts for family and local gatherings gradually became a source of income, selling freshly made treats

within her community. Her creations reflect the true essence of Thai home-style desserts — simple, natural, and made with care.

Today, she brings this authentic experience to Lelawadee Restaurant, where guests can watch each dessert being freshly prepared and enjoy a genuine taste of Thai heritage.
