• Rates are quoted in Thai Baht, per room per night.
• Rates are net inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% Government Tax.
• Hotel reserves the right to amend the rates should the number of rooms decrease/ increase from the initial inquiry. Should there be re-negotiated on the room rate of decreasing more than 10% in room number per night.

• A minimum stay of 7 nights per booking is required during the 2026 International Conventions of Jehovah’s Witnesses, from December 6 to 16, 2026.

Extra bed:

Superior Rooms and Deluxe Room : Extra bed charge at THB 1,000 net/person/night including Wi-Fi access and buffet breakfast.

Extra Inclusion and Benefit:

• Complimentary daily buffet breakfast for 1–2 persons per room at Lelawadee Restaurant from 06:00 – 10:30 hrs.
• Complimentary daily “Chocolate Hour” at Lelawadee Restaurant from 16:00 – 17:00 hrs.
• Complimentary 3 bottles of water provided in the room daily.
• Complimentary welcome drink upon arrival.
• Complimentary Wi-Fi access throughout the hotel.

Arrival/Departure Policy:

• Check-in time is 14:00Hrs and check-out time is 12:00Hrs.
• Early departure fee of one night’s room and tax will be charged if departure occurs prior to the agreed upon departure date.
• A half day’s room charge is applied for an extension of check-out time to 18:00 and to extend this to after 18:00, a full day’s room charge applies.
• To guarantee early check-in, room must be booked from previous night with one night’s room charge.

Airport Transfer Requirements:

• Transfer by private car – maximum of 2 adults | THB 1,600.- net / Way
• Transfer by private van – maximum of 6 adults | THB 2,000.- net / Way
