Arrival/Departure Policy:

• Check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
• Early departure fee of one night’s room and tax will be charged if departure occurs prior to the agreed upon departure date.
• A half day’s room charge is applied for an extension of check-out time to 18:00 hrs. and to extend this to after 18:00 hrs., a full day’s room charge applies.
• To guarantee early check-in, room must be booked from previous night with one night’s room charge.

Cancellation Policy:

• In case of no show or cancel less than 24 Hrs. before arrival, 100% charge of program will be applied.
• Free cancellation for cancellations received 24 Hrs. before arrival.
• Cancellation allowed free of charge within 24 Hrs. before arrival if provided with COVID-19 “POSITIVE”
